These terms apply when you use icharts.co.za. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
iCharts publishes music, app, book, podcast and film charts from Apple Music, the iTunes Store, the App Store, Apple Books and Apple Podcasts, across 154 storefronts. It is free to use and needs no account.
We are an independent site. We are not Apple, not owned by Apple, and not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple beyond taking part in their affiliate programme. Apple, Apple Music, iTunes, App Store and Apple Books are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The chart data
Charts come from Apple's public feeds. We reproduce them as published and do not alter the order.
Two things follow. Apple decides what a chart measures and how often it is recalculated, and those methods can change without notice. And because we cache data to keep the site fast, what you see may be a few hours behind Apple's own listing. Where a chart is unavailable, we say so rather than show something stale or invented.
We make no promise that the data is complete, current or free of error. For anything that matters, check Apple directly.
Links to other sites
Outbound links go to Apple, to merchants and to news publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their pricing or their handling of your information. Once you leave, their terms apply, not ours. Some links are affiliate links, as set out in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but it depends on hosting, on Cloudflare and on Apple's feeds, none of which we control. It may be unavailable or incomplete at times and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and share anything here. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or republish the site wholesale as your own. If you want chart data in bulk, Apple publishes it directly and you should take it from the source.
Intellectual property
Chart data, artwork, track and product names belong to Apple and to the respective rights holders. Artwork is served from Apple's own servers. Site design, layout and written copy belong to us.
If you hold rights in something shown here and want it removed, email [email protected] and we will deal with it promptly.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it, from relying on the data, or from anything bought through a link. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows when that last happened. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
